Job Description
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- A minimum of 2 year's relevant experience in service industry, preferably in hotel industry or call center sector
- Knowledge in the hotel operations an added advantage
- Positive attitude, customer-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
