Job Description
Duties
Responsible for the administrative support of Corporate Sales Team, including but not limited to preparing reports, completing and processing forms and paperwork, system maintenance, fielding and processing customer enquiries and any other administrative duties so assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year hotel experience in either Reservations or Front Office
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge of OPMS / Delphi / Cvent / Starcite is a plus
