Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Assist Sous Chef in preparation and production of all food items (Chinese cuisine) 協助主廚準備和製作食品 (中式食品)
- Maintain a high standard of food quality 保持食品的質量
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and performance of the staff 協助監督廚房的日常運作1
- Recommend new dishes and arrange food promotion to meet customer's expectation 推薦新的菜餚和安排食品推廣
- Carry out miscellaneous duties in the kitchen 其他廚房工作
Requirements :
- Solid work experience in hotel/clubhouse/catering industry 曾任餐飲/會所/酒店
- Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine 對中式美食有良好認識
- Good knowledge of HACCP 對HACCP有良好認識
- Immediately available 可即時上班
