Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform both counter and clerical duties in our Member Services Office
- Promote memberships activities
- Handle facilities booking, programme enrollment, enquiries and data entry
- Perform regular checking for venues and ensure the cleanliness and good condition of facility
- Provide quality services to our members, such as answering enquiries and handling complaints
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with customer services / retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good spoken English and Cantonese
- Independent, mature and willing to learn
- Shift duty required
- Fresh graduate are welcome
