Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling internal and external technical support requests for Enterprise Solutions
• Provide support to internal & external customers via phone calls & emails
• Participate in new product and solution evaluation
• Setup, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux servers and systems
• Provide consulting services and support for release package testing, installation and deployment of system software

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP and/or MCSE/MCITP will be an advantage
• Experience in IT networking and infrastructure
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good team player, self-motivated, responsible, strong problem solving skills
