Responsibilities:

• Provides IT solution proposals to meet the business objectives, fulfills end-users’ requirements, identifies and resolves systems issues.
• Liaise with internal users and external IT vendors on POS system implementation.
• Managing IT infrastructure and cloud services.
• Report project status and progress to management and stakeholders.
• Support end-user in all aspects of IT services.
• Provide software and hardware support.
• Provide system training to end users.

 Requirements:  

• University/College graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Solid experience on POS system implementation and support is a must.
• Experience and knowledgeable in infrastructure management.
• Knowledge on mobile device management would be an advantage.
• Strong project management and problem solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible and can work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
