Responsibilities:

• Installs, tests and maintains a variety of PC, Server and IT related equipments.

• Providing front-line support and helpdesk services for PC hardware and business application.

• F.5 / DSE or Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines.

• 0-2 years experience in IT helpdesk, server and infrastructure support.
  

• Experience in Windows 10 Pro, MS Office 365 and Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business installation and configuration.

• Knowledge in Router and Wifi AP configuration will be an added advantage.

• Good problem-solving, analytical, self-motivated, eager to learn and service-oriented.

• Good communication skills and team player.
