The Role:

You will be working alongside an all-star team that comes from diverse backgrounds in traditional finance, banking, regulation, blockchain technology, derivatives trading, and software product development. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to build a career in Fintech in Hong Kong.

As Head of Markets, your role will be to help build and grow relationships with customers and platform partners that contribute to the growth of liquidity in our markets. You will have support from the executive team on strategy and partner introductions, but you will be expected to have the drive to build your own relationships and grow liquidity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, build, and maintain relationships with strategic institutional partners

• Develop and use frameworks to evaluate feasibility of listing different digital assets

• Work closely with liquidity providers to provide better product experience for users

• Monitor weekly market performance and drive improvements

• Perform competitive analysis and provide spec requirements to product team

• Develop and manage individual client relationships through personal networks and the events that we arrange

• Research and prepare target customer/partner analysis

• Develop relationships with third party advisories

Required Skills

• Understanding of financial markets and trading environments

• Passion to work in an entrepreneurial environment

• 3-5 years of experience in financial trading, working with traders, or institutional sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong familiarity with cryptocurrency / digital asset markets

• Should have a strong understanding of how blockchain technology works, and the unique value proposition of token-based business models

• Near native fluency in English, superb reading and writing skills
