Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide end-user technical support and problem resolving in hardware & software
Develop, support and implement Point of Sales system by working closely with internal departments such as Finance, Human Resource and Operations
Assist user training, system roll-out and management reports
On-site support and on-call service is required
Requirements
Diploma or above in Computer / IT related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of related experience in supporting PC hardware, software, applications and data networking
Holder of ITIL / MCP is an advantage
Responsible, self-motivated team player and willing to work under pressure
Immediately available is preferred
