Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support and problem resolving in hardware & software

• Develop, support and implement Point of Sales system by working closely with internal departments such as Finance, Human Resource and Operations

• Assist user training, system roll-out and management reports

• On-site support and on-call service is required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer / IT related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in supporting PC hardware, software, applications and data networking

• Holder of ITIL / MCP is an advantage

• Responsible, self-motivated team player and willing to work under pressure
  Immediately available is preferred
