Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 support on all applications and technology infrastructure in the production environment;
• Support the planning and executive of incident, problem and change on the production environment, that includes system configuration/administration, change implementation, patching and upgrade, testing coordination, and post implementation support;
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure and project teams on issue resolution and root cause analysis activities;
• Identify requirements, analyze and offer solutions for continuous improvement to end-users and business operations;
• Build and maintain application/system documentation and procedure;
• Conduct technical training, end-user training, and perform system configuration/administration

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science/Information technology;
• Minimum of 3 years of production support experience;
• Experience in financial industry is preferred but not mandated;
• Working experience on C#, C++, Java, SQL;
• Previous experience in supporting Foreign Exchange trading application is a definite advantage;
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skill;
• Understand SDLC, ITIL and ITSM Tools e.g. ServiceNOW
• Self-motivated, independent, diligent and able to work under pressure and overtime
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
