Job Description

• The key position works with the Network Architects and manage a team of engineers and partners to implement and deliver a Public Mesh network.
• Be the project lead and manage the implementation of the Mesh network.
• Oversee throughout the entire project cycle, from the planning, deployment, testing, delivery, contingency planning and etc.
• Manage resources, timeline, scope, budget, stakeholder expectation, external/ internal parties
• Develop guideline, workflow, knowledge sharing platform and training documentations
• Promote and reinforce agile methodology being strictly implemented throughout the project cycle
• Facilitate and participate regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree or above in IT/Business/Project Management/related disciplines under Chinese Universities in Project 211 or overseas famous Universities.
• A minimum 5-7 years' working experience in managing sizeable/ enterprise scaled projects.
• Extensive track record in documentation, planning and mitigating/ controlling project risks
• Working technical knowledge of Mesh network and Solid experience in managing wireless network project deployment is preferred.
• Able to build relationship and rapport with stakeholders across all levels
• Self-motivated, with good sense of urgency/ time management
• Excellent problem solving skills, leadership skills and interpersonal skills
• With good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Product Management will be a plus

岗位职责：

• 负责公共网状网络 (Mesh Network)项目交付。与网络架构师合作，带领团队执行网络 建设；
• 制定整个项目周期，包括规划，部署，测试，交付，应急计划等；
• 运营项目策划，人力分配，协调确定内容的具体规划，协调外部/内部各方；
• 负责项目过程中相关文档和报告的整理 (指南，工作流程，知识共享平台和培训文 档)；
• 管理项目进度、质量、问题进行跟踪，并定期向上级领导汇报。

任职资格：

• 国内 211 院校或境外知名大学本科及以上学历，互联网或计算机行业优先；
• 至少 5-7 年的大型/企业规模项目管理工作经验；
• 需具备报告的整理项目策划风险管理经验；
• 熟悉网络网络 (Mesh Network)技术, 具备无线网络项目交付案例经验者优先；
• 协调能力强，能够与各级融洽相处；
• 执行力强，有责任心，拥有很强的工作责任意识和行动执行能力；
• 出色的解决问题能力，领导能力和人际交往能力；
• 沟通能力强，能操粤语，普通话和英语；
• 具备销售/营销/业务开发/产品管理经验优先。
