Job duties:

• Using APPS, propose and implement software to automate soft copy filing of incoming mails and other documents (e.g. supplier and service invoices) particularly on MAC
• Perform PC software installation, data transfer/ backup troubleshooting and user support
• Review network security

 Requirements:

• At least 2 year’s solid IT support experience working with PCs and MACs
• Familiarity with iPhone and MAC
• Knowledge of server (MAC) and network configurations (PCs)
• Knowledge of Hazel, PDF Pen, Keyboard Maestro is a plus
• Good command of spoken English

Working hours:

• Available to work at least 4 hours a week
• Mon – Fri (between 10:00 – 18:30)
