A top-tier organisation are currently looking for a Desktop Support professional to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing desktop support and market data application support for the business users, such as investors, traders and client relations.
• Working as part of a growing team and joining their training programme for 2016.
• Creating functional specifications and user requirements for system enhancements.
• Co-ordinating with the rest of the technology teams on joint projects.
• Helping to maintain the suite of capital market applications.

Key requirements:

• Experience in desktop support, helpdesk support, user support or customer support, ideally for a banking/ finance organisation.
• Fluent in Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office software.
• Solid understanding of remote computing technologies and mobile computing devices, such as Blackberries and iPhones.
• Excellent English communication skills with a strong acumen to learning new skills.
