To cope with our business development, we are looking for high calibre to join us as Systems Engineer/ Systems Engineer Trainee.


Responsibilities

• Perform installation, evaluation and implementation on servers and system software.
• Participate in on-site / remote / hotline user support and troubleshooting on office and server application.
• Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner, in regards to technology, operation and other enquiries.
• Provide pre- & post-sales technical services and support to customers.
• Perform hardware / software inventory audit for clients.
• Record & follow up calls, incidents and on-going issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ IT related majors with minimum 1 year related working experience.
• Positive attitude, good customer service skills, good at reporting and self-management.
• Result-oriented and performance-oriented, a self-learner on new technologies.
• Good team player, good problem solving skills and communication skills.

**Recent graduate with good attitude are also welcome, and will be considered as Systems Engineer Trainee.
