MISSION / JOB PURPOSE

This Project Manager or Network Engineer will be under the APAC Network & Infrastructure team of an Investment Bank to provide project management and technical implementation on Network / Structure Cabling of a Datacenter Revamp projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management of datacenter with overall responsibilities in RFP documents, procurement, vendors and stakeholder management.

• Design and implementation of datacenter cable infrastructure – design layout, fitting, deploys, configuration and etc.

• Creates network and server rack interface elevations. floor plans, wiring diagrams and detailed port maps for new deployment and documentation.

• Schedule and perform network and cabling maintenance fixing issues.

• Manages, monitors and report the cabling infrastructure for capacity planning, inventory and audit requirements

Requirements:

• +5 years experiences in IT project management and project design, ideally from Datacenter and/or in financial institution.

• +2 years technical experiences in Structured Cabling installation and configuration (Sever Racks / Cabinets / Comms Room)

• +1 years hands-on experiences in Cabling design drawing with AutoCAD is a MUST

• Candidates with 1 year hands-on experiences in configuring IP networks will be advantages

• Diploma to Degree Holder in Computer Science or equivalent

• Strong communication skills with good command in English and Cantonese.
