Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support on Servers, Network, all IT-related infrastructure and all internal/external users
• Provide server administration, set up, backup and troubleshooting
• Network infrastructure planning, project implementation and coordinate with outsource parties and vendors
• Resolve project issues and coordinate project activities
• Participating in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
• 5 years of related working experience in data network design, maintenance and support
• Work Independently and possess project experience is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Windows-based Application, Networking and Server
• Good analytical and problem solving skill on technical level
• CCNA/CCNP holder will be definitely an advantage
• Fresh Graduate / Work permit / Visa in Hong Kong will also be considered
