Responsibilities:

• Design analytical solutions/experiments to solve various strategic business dilemma through engagement and research
• Perform proof-of-concept trials with emerging and developing industry technologies and trends to identify potential business value
• Develop detailed plans to achieve desired analytic deliverables and product goals, including impact assessment on revenue and costs
• Analyze existing operations to enhance performance and quality delivery of the teams and value creation of products
• Collaborate with different departments to provide in-depth expertise and advices on advanced data analytic needs
• Promote proactive technology approaches to ensure the best customer and staff experience
• Plan, budget and forecast technology needs and applications
• Provide insights on long-term vision, technology, strategies and roadmaps
• Be willing and able to adapt to changes in priorities and requirements
• Remain open and alert to new technology opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering or related discipline prefer but not required
• 3 - 5 years of advanced analytic and commercial software development working experience of recent technologies in banking / financial services / consulting industry
• Possess a strong selection of skills and experience with analytical frameworks and languages such as SQL, R, SPARK, Python, Hive and other Hadoop-based languages
• Willingness to learn new technologies, strategies and tools
• Attested ability to work well in delivering complex systems in a dynamic changing environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skill
• Team player and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to perform multitasking and projects prioritization
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Immediate availability preferred
