Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

Supporting / Monitoring operation of computer systems and equipment in data centre
Batch job running, report printing, system backup, monitoring and administrations
Provide helpdesk support to user
Computer equipment inventory maintenance

Requirement:

Certificate / Diploma in IT or related disciplines
Experience in Helpdesk Support would be an advantage
Require to work in 7 x 24 shift duty
