We are looking for a Pre-sales Technical Specialist to join our team. You will be employed as a technical expert with task of working closely with sales teams to ensure that the availability of product offering so that customer requirements will be met.

Responsibilities and duties

• Work closely with sales team on proposals and pitches for business.

• Attend meetings with business development managers and act as a technical and solution specialist.

• Put together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.

• Work closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.

• Ensure company’s product and solutions can deliver on the customer’s requirements.

• Work closely with customers to understand and capture requirements.

• Reply to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.

• Present proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.

• Provide ongoing support for customers post implementation.

• Develop detailed costings with sales team and ensure profitability of contracts.

Requirement

• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in either, or combination of pre-sales, consultancy or IT software project implementation. Prefer to have banking and/or financial industry experiences.

• Experience in software development life cycle and/or project management

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Able to work independently and willing to travel.

• Enthusiastic and goal-oriented.
