IT Officer, Famous Beauty Group, 5day, (HK$22K-$25K)

Our client is a Famous Beauty Group has a strong Asian presence. They are looking for a high caliber IT Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system infrastructure, server and network administration
• Provide helpdesk IT support to end users
• Handle data backup, system administration (i.e. Active Directory, password recovery, access right management, email account creation etc.)
• Perform system installation and configuration of desktop, laptop, printers, smart devices and other peripherals
• Ensure system and data security, optimize monitoring system to assure the detection of system errors
• Prepare technical documentation & user manual
• Assist in others IT project implementation and coordination

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of IT and system support, server and network administration experience; in Retail/ FMCG/ F&B industry is highly preferred
• With MCSE or other professional certification is highly desirable
• Positive, energetic, self-motivated with multi-tasking ability, independent and a good team player
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
