Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day WAN/LAN administration and control
• Perform troubleshooting on network
• Provide network support & related infrastructure technical solutions to internal users and our customers
• Perform diagnostic a root-cause analysis of network problems
• To provide desktop PC, hotline and other IT related supports services to the computer users of all levels.
• Propose and execute continuous improvements on network solutions
• Participate infrastructure projects including services & substantial works

Requirements:

•  Hold professional certificate in networking and system administration is an advantage. 
•  Hands-on networking experience including infrastructure solution and architect on various network products
• Good problem management skills, including root-cause analysis
• Good communication & coordination skills with various parties (internal end users, vendors & internal IT team)
• Customer-oriented, team player, self-motivated & able to work under pressure
• Fresh Graduated will be considered
