Summary:

Provide first level support while ensuring excellent customer service. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing mobile / desktop / laptop hardware, software, and communication links. The person will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user guidance where required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Onsite Technical Support for all IT-related issue. (Networking, Server and Desktop etc.)
• Resolve and Answer queries on technical issues for Hardware /Software /Network /Telecommunications Systems by Phone or Email.
• Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities. 
• Follow documented processes and escalate issues as needed. 
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
• Assist with hardware and software upgrades.
• Manage of end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Job requirement:

• Fresh grads considered
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in system support and network support services preferred
• Working knowledge of support Microsoft Windows ,Apple / Mac, and handheld devices such as- tablets / smartphones
• Support experience with Microsoft Office and web Application.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills and able to present ideas in a good manner
• Keen attention to details 
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities 
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good Team player with Highly self-motivated , multi-task oriented
• Strong customer service orientation
