Job Description

Infrastructure Support
Requirements:
· To provide platform support to the business and IT team
· Responsibility for all operational Infrastructure services : Monitoring and alerting on all aspects of the LAN, WAN and server estate (including applications and systems such as MS SQL , Sybase , Oracle , Lotus Note Domino Server, Wintel Servers ,Redhat Linux , Solaris , VMWare etc)
· Assist in developing and managing a firm wide monitoring solution for both the virtual and physical estates, using applications such as SCOM and other 3rd Party monitoring tools.
· To troubleshoot using analytical and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve problems speedily.
· To follow all the Firm's policies and procedures and service level agreements.
· Self motivated, strong troubleshooting skill and work independent.
· A minimum of 3 years related work experience in FSI
System Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- 2-4 years post graduate full time IT technical support work experience;
- Certified Microsoft Systems Engineer;
- Knowledge in Windows 7/Windows 8, Scripting language, Microsoft SQL database operation;
- Hands-on experience in supporting Windows Office suite;
- Familiar in Microsoft Active Directory;
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- A team player, self-motivated and interested on technology;
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
Helpdesk Engineer
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above
- At least one year of desktop supports experience
- Experience in PC hardware, standard MS application, Window XP, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, Wi-Fi, Citrix, Lotus Notes and familiar with general IT infrastructure (Firewall, networking etc…)
- Experience in voice & video conference tools support and knowledge is an added advantage
- Patient, good communication skill, and can work independent
- Good command in both English and Cantonese. Putonghua would be an added advantage
- Holder of MCSE preferred
