Responsibilities
- Manage the development lifecycle of our gaming products from concept to go-live to refinement and growth. Overall responsibility and accountability for high-quality and timely delivery of all products and features that drive engagement, retention and monetization. Product platforms include backoffice as well as frontend web-based and mobile gaming interfaces.
- Create detailed and clear product requirements documentation satisfying high-level business-side objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with multiple teams (software development, networking, graphics, Quality Assurance (QA), etc.) on fine-tuning product requirements, creating work tasks, aligning priorities and timelines that meet company milestones.
- Work with multiple teams closely to problem solve and review deliverables. Adjust priorities as a project evolves. Regularly provide report and status updates on project progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with external resources when necessary. Coordinate external and internal team efforts leading to successful project completion.
- Continually improve our production practices and efficiencies.
- Routinely review and provide new product ideas and product improvement suggestions.
- Routinely evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform that satisfies company expectations on quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
- Be able to undertake all other activities as required / requested by company’s top management.

Skills / Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant fields.
- 3+ years of demonstrated product management experience in mobile or web-based products.
- Extremely organized with the ability to plan for and complete tasks quickly and independently.
- Intuition for great user experience and interface design.
- Ability to create compelling and clear wireframes and user flow diagrams.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to 1) handle multiple projects at the same time and 2)
properly prioritize tasks in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Understanding in software engineering and artwork design pipeline. While there is no need to be an experienced programmer or digital artist, the successful candidate must be able to work seamlessly and closely with these team members.
- Energetic, proactive problem solver whom does not wait for problems to appear, but instead is able to identify potential
constraints and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks early on.
- Flexible, hardworking and detail-oriented.
- Software development and coding exposure in common server-side and frontend client programming languages (C#, .NET, HTML5, Java, PHP, etc).
- Demonstrated knowledge in the online gaming industry is highly-preferable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Must be able to communicate very effectively complicated concepts / ideas with internal stakeholders (company owners, business development, sales, marketing, networking, development, graphics, etc.) and external stakeholders (vendors, customers, etc.) Must be able to lead internal meetings.
- Ability to travel on very short notice.
