System Specialist

Reporting to the Director - IT Services, you will assist in providing unfaltering IT support to our valued clients, in both Windows and Apple environments. Specific tasks include:

• Responsible for the system implementation and configuration for project deployment.
• Provide ongoing maintenance of infrastructure and networks.
• Perform AD, File & Print server, VM server and firewall configuration and administration.
• Perform system and network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update technical support documents and IT reports.

 What are we looking for?

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Server (2008/2012), Linux, and desktop systems.
• Experience with VM server infrastructure products and its supports.
• Certification in CCNA, MCSE or VM software would be an added advantage.
• Experience on Firewall and networking devices.
• Able to plan and organize systematically and works independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English

But most of all we need you to be a committed problem-solver with a can-do attitude.  Great communications skills (in English and Chinese) are vital and you must be friendly and helpful, even under pressure.
