The Job 

• Collect and analyze user requirements across different departments.
• Lead a small team to deliver application development and implementation projects.
• Manage subordinates and perform program design / coding to support and enhance existing systems developed under MS.net and PHP environments
• Prepare and maintain technical and project documentation.
• Conduct program review, SIT, user training and UAT support.

The Person 

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
• 6 years or above IT working experience.
• Hands-on web application development experience in C#, .NET, MVC and SQL database with exposure in HTML5, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, JSON, Crystal Report and Web Services / API programming.
• Experienced in Clinical healthcare information system / POS system and/or eForm / workflow management system is an advantage.
• Knowledge in website development and CMS tool (e.g. wordpress), PHP / MySQL programming, or mobile development is a plus.
• Mature, Self-motivated with team player character and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Analyst.
