Job Description
Our client, one of the leading big data solution service provider, is now looking for candidates:
Responsibility:
- Engage across function teams (Product, IT & CRM) & clients to develop & support for business processes and structures
- Act as key liaison between the non-technical user group & the technical teams (internal & client IT)
- Quality assurance & deliver total solutions with project management skills
- Lead and perform user acceptance testing of new system or system enhancement
- Provide local support for training and documentation
- Identify opportunities for growth within the project scope & key accounts
- Systems support & maintenance
Requirement:
- University degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- At least 4 years above experience in system & CRM related application launch
- Working experience in ETL, OLAP /OR Data Mining
- Solid technical experience in CRM system, SQL, Tableau, Qlikview, SAP, ERP, POS, eComm, integration is a must
