Job Description
As a listed company (Tokyo Stock Exchange), our client is a multi-disciplinary group providing health solutions, financial service and communication solutions, etc.. It is looking for talents:

Responsibilities:
l Carry out system maintenance including installation, troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning and backup
l Monitor, configure and support infrastructure (systems, servers and network) and applications
l Act as 1stpoint of contact for users on technical support and problem diagnoses
l Liaise with the regional IT team on the global network maintenance, IT policies and procedures revision
l Handle the updates of hardware (i.e. PABX system), software and websites (both internal and external)
Requirements:
l Minimum 3 years’ experience providing systems and network administration
l Qualification such as MCSE, MCITP, CCNA or CCNP is advantageous
l Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant discipline
l Technically proficient with Windows desktop, Office applications, server, AD, Exchange, VMware, Citrix, mobile, PABX and network support (Cisco routers, switches and firewall)
