Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process enhancement opportunities associated with supporting the application area
- Help to change the company to a data-driven organization
- Enhance the current DataLake solution to meet the reporting requirements and data request for business initiatives and be the single point of contacts for all such requests on top of the DataLake/Tableau
- Work with upstream Fintech and business teams to identify appropriate and correct data sources to be loaded into the DataLake based on users’ requests
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Studies / Computer Science / Information Technology (I.T.) related disciplines with 2+ years of experience in software development, including design, implementation, debugging, and support
- 2 years or above experience in Data Warehouse reporting and SQL programming skills
- Able to demonstrate systematic and logical reasoning
Nice to have skills:
- Tableau Reporting & Server management skills
- Big Data development experience especially in MapR StreamSet, Python
- Linux shell scripts development
- Loan industry (either personal or property) knowledge
