Job Description
Requirements:
- U graduate in IT
- Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows server, system and end-user support, network administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in ERP functionalities
- With technical knowledge in cloud is a plus (technologies related to Google)
- Good interpersonal and communication skill;
- Good command of English and Mandarin;
- Cheerful personality, polite manner and strong sense of responsibility;
- Immediate available preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and training for all IT hardware and software and network matters to end user in Asia;
- Documentation and communicate with the IT Headquarter team in France;
- Perform ad hoc IT projects;
- Occasional travel to oversea countries
- Fluent English and have good communication skills
