Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer services to end users
- Provide PC & software installation & configuration
- Provide full spectrum of hardware / software support and troubleshooting on computer devices and handheld devices
Requirements:
- F.5 or above, preferably in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-year experience in helpdesk support
- Hands-on experience in supporting MS Windows, Office and handheld devices
