Support O365 Services Enablement.
Perform end-user mailbox migration from on-premise to O365 Exchange online.
Perform End-user Profile and Application & Device Security Policy Enablement.
Provide 2nd tier problem troubleshooting and support.

Job Requirements

High Deploma in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in user support.
Have support experience O365 (email, sharepoint, Skype etc).
Knowledge with AD and ADFS is preferred.
