Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the development, implementation, maintenance and procurement for applications
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with programmers, vendors and contractors to ensure successful project executions with high quality deliverables
• Manage the application development and adhere to application methodology, rules, policies, procedures and deadlines
• Design and develop efficient solutions and application systems
• Collaborate with end users to ensure developed software and systems can fulfil user requirements
• Conduct program test to ensure they fulfil the system requirements
• Prepare and maintain system documentation
• Provide user training in the early stage of system implementation
• Provide advisory support on both technical and business perspectives
• Performs other job responsibilities as assigned

Requirement

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Possess 8 years or above of experience in application / software development, and at least 3 years as a project manager within property management
• Proven experience in system analysis and design, planning and architectural in large-scale projects
• Track record in the deployment of workflow, compliance, regulatory and etc.
• Proficient and hands-on experience in C#, Xamarin, MS SQL Server, .NET Framework, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap preferred
• Genuinely interested in and understand the latest trends of Technical and/ or Mobile technology trends
• ITIL and well-recognized project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
• Superior influence skills to gain commitment from stakeholders and foster collaboration
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Critical negotiation skills
• Excellent situation management and leadership skills under critical situations
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
