Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
• Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the regions assigned.
• Responds / acts on upper-management direction.
• Manages and reports on Projects initiated by local, regional, corporate.
• Overseas troubleshooting and provides expert support when necessary.
• Works with project teams to help implement local, regional and corporate projects as directed.
• Responds to escalated help desk issues.
• Communicates effectively with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner; to identify needs and evaluates alternative business solutions.
• Prepares and manages budgets for regions assigned.
• Relays relevant IT-related information to the company in a timely manner.
• Complies with and helps to enforce standard Hoya policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experiences in multi-national companies.
• Minimum 7 years' experience as an Information Technology field.
• Bachelor degree in Information / Computer Science.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
• Excellent knowledge of ERP (AX or SAP).
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
• Immediate available preferred.
