Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Designs and code applications, system interfaces and reporting systems
-
Performs technical feasibility evaluation
-
Performs effort estimation of work items.
-
Contributes to technical design documentation
-
Collaborates with other team members to design and implement features.
-
Performs unit tests, system integration tests and coordinates user acceptance tests
-
Conducts application performance tuning
-
Adheres to coding standard and best practices established.
-
Maintains and enhances existing applications.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Deliver code meeting acceptance criteria and within timeline.

Continuously learn new skills and improve skills.
Experience
-
Minimum 1 year experience in application development preferably on Agile Methodology
-
Experience in developing cloud based application (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow) and mobile application (native on iOS/Android or HTML5) is advantageous
Education
-
Degree holder in Computer Science or any related disciplines
Skills / Competencies
-
Good analytical, problem solving and organizing skills
-
Hands-on programming skills (at least 3 of the following) : Javascript, AJAX, JQUERY, PHP, Python, Groovy, Ruby, CSS3, HTML5, VB.NET, C#.NET, ADO/ADO.NET, SSIS, SSRS, PL/SQL, JSON;
-
Hands-on advance programming experience Knowledge in: WPF, WCF, Prism Framework, MVVM and Entity framework, App fabric, and ORM
-
Basic understanding on .NET reflection, and WPF/XAML versus HTML5
-
Willing to learn, proactive and a good team player

Good command in English
