Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth operations and stability of IT Infrastructure services by monitoring and analyzing daily operational matters, resolving issues and problems
• Responsible for technical support including computer hardware, operating systems, applications and networks
• Provide hands-on technical support on Windows platform
• Troubleshoot the hardware, software or application problem
• Provide onsite or remote desktop support to front line

Requirements:

• F.5, DSE or TI/IVE graduate in IT, Network or related disciplines
• 1-3 years relevant working experience
• Solid experience in PC hardware/ software/ troubleshooting
• Self-motivated, hardworking, team player and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently and willing to work outside office hours
  
• Fresh graduates are also welcome, candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Support

5 Days Work, Public Holidays, Double Pay.
