Responsibilities:

• Leading a new team for FinTech project
• Microservices-based development project
• Strong grasp of software design patterns and effective development methodologies
• proactively address problems, though problem identification, solution design and delivery
• Participate in requirement collection and prepare technical specifications
• Ensure the design and system complies with security principles
• Ensure the design and system are maintainable, flexible and extendable
• Share relevant knowledge and skills
• Mentor and coach junior team member

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years experience in software architecture design and development
• Interested in solving real-world business problems (with technology as an enabler)
• Experience writing commercial-grade software applications
• Self-starting with high integrity and initiative
• Proactive and forward thinker; ability to think outside of the box
• Flexible, energetic and professional individual with the ability to interact effectively with different parties
• verbal and written communication skills
• Well behavior in documentation
• Contract will be renewable subject to operations need and staff performance

Optional:

• Extensive experience in development with ideally related to development of real-time transaction, high availability, complex and secure application
• Knowledge in microservice design and development
