Executive Summary:

• Newly created role with internal IT operation management / leadership duties

Major Responsibilities:

• Own the overall IT applications development and IT infrastructure necessity to support the operational needs, enhancement and new business initiatives of the corresponding business unit (BU)
• Act as the point of contact to interface with multiple stakeholders including BU heads, users, IT Infrastructure department, IT applications department, vendors…etc, to ensure successful projects/solutions executions with high quality deliverables
• Understand the IT needs of BU and communicate with internal and external parties on projects/solutions executions
• Proactively find out the IT needs and enhancement of corresponding BU and give recommendations on both IT and operation perspective
• Responsible for managing the risk related to user environment including user interface and physical environment
• Ensure the execution process and deliverables comply with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and company policies

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience IT Program Management, IT Consulting, Change Management and Operation Management
• Experience in IT project management; PMP is an advantage
• Prior work experience working in a global and regional team structure where he/ she needed to communicate and manage regional senior stakeholders
• Track record in driving transformation program including business process re-engineering, digitalization programs
• Knowledge and experience in delivering technology enabled change to an organization.
• An ability to identify opportunities for value creation based on this deep understanding of specific areas of New and modern technology
• Excellent convincing, business case presentation, consulting and analytical skills
• Outstanding language skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Occasional travel to China is required
