Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To execute and to improve the IT systems & services support to the Society;
- To collect user and system requirements for business flows and analysis, integration, migration and automation;
- Responsible for project design, implementation and maintenance support;
- To coordinate different projects in all aspects such as integration with technical knowledge, time, resources and delivery control, design, configuration, trouble-shooting, T&C services;
- To drive process improvements and project governance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder in related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in CRM, ERP, Digital Marketing, Loyalty Management, Customer Relationship or Project Management and with IT background
- Sound knowledge with CRM, ERP, Financial systems and databases;
- Experience with major system upgrade and integration (Accounting and Clinical system would be a big plus)
- To actively manage detailed project plan/timeline, scope, risks, escalation, and contingency plans
- Administer all stages of requirements, design, testing, training, production deployment and post-production support
- Hands on experience for technical support and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of ITIL frameworks, holder of PMP certificate or equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals
