• Provide 1st and 2nd tier technical support to users, e.g. email services, desktop, server management and support, etc. 
• Perform system upgrade, administration, and documentation update
  
• Assist in problem analysis, report, and providing solutions to incidents
  
• Prepare reports, technical documents, implementation proposals and user’s manual 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline 
• 3+ years of IT system support experience  
• Solid working experience in some of the following areas:  
  • Windows 7 / 8 / 10 
  • MS Windows Servers 2008 / 2012 
  • Active Directory 
  • Cisco network equipment 
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadline 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
