Job Responsibilities 職責:

• Provide day-to-day operation, system check and server administration
• Provide technical and user support as well as troubleshoot
• Provide the support and implementation for VPN team
• Perform system capacity monitoring and system preventive maintenance
• Perform system administrative role in data center facilities, servers, VMWare, email, etc.
• Maintain the company’s website
• Install, support and maintain computer hardware and software infrastructure
• Ensure all computer systems are functioning properly including file servers, database servers and VPN connection
• Provide training, guidance, and support to end users
• Perform any ad-hoc IT duties as assigned

Job Requirements 入職要求：

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Familiar with Windows operation systems and office applications
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Good command of spoken Mandarin is preferred
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Fresh graduate with positive attitude and helpful manner is also welcomed
