Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for carrying out daily system maintenance work including server backup, log checking, anti-virus server monitoring & control etc.
• Responsible for on-site IT support on different sites in Hong Kong Island, such as hardware diagnostic, windows & nas operating system and software installation, and IT problems troubleshooting.
• Responsible for carrying out daily system maintenance work including server backup, log checking, anti-virus definition update etc.
• Perform regular tasks including system health checking and website maintenance.
• Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve relevant IT, CCTV, Wi-Fi and Telephone system problems.
• Handle IT documentation and reporting.
• Perform other assigned tasks by supervisors.

Requirements :

• Certificate/Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years relevant IT experience in desktop support, server, network and system infrastructure support.
• Experienced with major operating systems, core desktop applications, software etc.
• Independent, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Work location: Wan Chai and Hong Kong Island.
