Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for installing, maintaining and providing onsite support services to end user including software, hardware, LAN and network equipment at customer site
• Setup and configure (new / existing) workstations, printers, server and network equipment
• Monitoring and handling backup / restoration operations and provide systems maintenance
• Assist in systems/applications implementation, upgrade and regular health checking

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 1 year working experience including networking, hardware, operating systems
• Good Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook and network troubleshooting.
• Good command of English and Cantonese is a must
• Good working attitude with strong sense of responsibility, troubleshooting skills, communication skill and interpersonal skill
