Job Description
Helpdesk Support / Service Desk Support
- Handle internal and external calls from different users
- Continuous improvement to achieve higher rate of first call resolution;
- Ensuring proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking
- Follow up incident and service request
The Ideal Candidate:
- Certificate in Computer Studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in IT Support
- Solid experience with troubleshooting in personal computers/laptops/mobile devices, hardware and software
- Customer oriented
- Good communication skills
- A good team player
