Responsibilities and Duties:

• Govern and drive existing process consistency.
• Evaluate and optimize existing processes and implement new processes to assist Tech Team to meet its business objectives and goals.
• Follow industry recognized best practices and project management methodologies.
• Align with project managers on project governance and ensure project management standards are being met across the team.
• Develop management reporting framework to support ongoing monitoring, analyses and adjustments.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or IT.
• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience as a hands-on project lead in business process improvement or optimization projects.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Good at numerical analysis and statistical analysis.
• Familiar with MS Office 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Process Manager.
