Responsibilities:

• Manage helpdesk service team to provide end user technical support
• Establish standards and guidelines for helpdesk service team, monitor service performance and prepare report for management
• Perform 7 x 24 (on need basis) support and administration on IT network (data & voice) and security systems according to defined policies, processes and procedures
• Follow change control procedure to execute IT network change, including configuration of routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls
• Follow instructions to implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
• Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in network or helpdesk service administration and support, preferably in financial institution.
• Experience in vendor management on desk-side support is preferable. Excellent customer service oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of MS Windows, VMware and other software packages including MS Office or PC software.
• MCSE / CCNA / ITIL Foundation Qualification is preferable.
• Excellent customer service oriented mindset.
• Self-initiated, ability to work independently and under pressure with integrity.
• Good analytical & communication skills, and able to motivate the team.
• Good writing skills in English and Chinese.
