Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple stakeholders to digitize workplace including ERP system, HR system, future ways of working, and digital workplace solution, the incumbent will scope, lead technology decisions,execute programs, and implement solution.
• Major focus on Finance/ Human Resources/ internal processes aspects for feasibility studies of projects, improvements via system customization on ERP, HRM, CRM, etc., development and deployment for internal clients in various functions.
• Project Management - Identifying requirements with clients, setting budgets, deadlines, implementation (leading 5-10 people), and post implementation reviews with clients by,
  • Identifying business need and solving problems;
  • Performing GAP analysis and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to boost up the performance in the related departments;
  • Defining the project objectives align with business strategy that manages ricks, issues, financials and resources of the project;
  • Managing all deliverable under the project adopted with agreed scope, time, cost and quality;
  • Planning, tracking milestones and changing of the project to achieve business goals;
  • Driving and reviewing with any outsourcing parties to develop to delivery to ensure project objective if necessary 

Requirements:

• Degree holder or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplined with one or more professional certifications/ training in project management;
• 7-10 years experience in telecommunication / IT system development and project management experience in IT industry, preferably 5+ years managerial experience demonstrating strong management skills;
• Hands-on experience in system development / IT project management with the following technologies:
  • Operating System: Windows, Linux, Unix, and Open OS;
  • Programming: Java, Javascript & Node-js, Jquery, MobileApp language (Objective-C / Swift / Android), PL/SQL, Power Builder, Python, Secure Coding, Shell Script, Web Service (SOAP, REST), XML, JSON;
  • Software / System / Tool / DevOps:
    • Apache, IIS, JBOSS, Tomcat, Weblogic;
    • Virtual Server - Vmware, Virtual box;
    • Marketing Automation, Open CMS - Word Press, Web Analytic tools, Web Security, Big-Data tools, like Hadoop, Splunk;
    • AppScan, Azure, Jmeter;
    • Flex Workflow, OBIEE, Oracle SOA Suite, Data integration Suite would be an advantage;
    • Jira, GitLabs, etc.
  • Database & tool: Oracle, My SQL, MS SQL, Redis, ODI
• Competencies - motivating others, negotiating, interpersonal savvy, business acumen, dealing with ambiguity
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
