About the Company
Our client is one of the long history and leading Logistics group in Hong Kong. To cope with the business expansion, they are now looking for high calibers to join their team.
Job Duties
- Daily in-house desk-side support.
- Handle end users IT request and support tasks
- PC trouble shooting, workstation set up including PC, peripheral, computer hardware etc.
- Make sure all installation and configuration of software are functioned as according to company’s
- Perform ad hoc tasks when required
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or relevant discipline;
- Holders of MCP/ MCSA/ MCSE/ MCITP would be an advantage;
- At least 5 years experience in IT support and supporting more than 300 users;
- Hands-on experience in supporting difference Microsoft Operation System and Office automation software setup;
- Good knowledge with preferable skills in SQL Server, Network, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewall & mobile devices;
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
- May require to provide 7x24 standby support services and outdoor work
