Main Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administration and support of network, telephony, and all other IT systems and hardware
• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to employees and other internal customers toensure smooth running of all ICT systems
• Ensure all aspects of the IT infrastructure perform to agreed SLAs
• Carry out regular security monitoring, systems backups and DR simulations
• Carry out cost effective purchasing and its documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets
• Contribute to development and maintenance of systems installation, configuration and change control standards and procedures
• Participate in resolution of eYour mergency situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems

• Solid experience of administering Windows AD environments including most recent versions of Windows Server
• Understanding of network protocols and topologies
• Experience of working with Office 365 and Exchange Online
• Experience of Windows desktop support and administration both remote and on site
• PowerShell scripting
• Switching, routing, firewall configuration

Desirable skills:

• Linux server administration
• Microsoft Azure administration
• Cisco Voice or other VoIP telephony systems
• IIS configuration and troubleshooting
• Powershell DSC and CI/CD (infrastructure as code)
