Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact to provide technical assistance
• Conduct hardware, software or computer systems testing and maintenance
• Troubleshoot computers and IT problems
• Assist the management and implementation of core infrastructure projects
• Provide desk side support to users including PC setup, application support, network setup, software installation and configuration
• Assist in sourcing vendors for IT related equipments/items and inventory control
• Perform PCs and Servers Backup and Restore
• PC with general Microsoft system & offices application
• Mobile phones of model IOS  & Androids
• Perform ad hoc task as required

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma Holder or above in Information System / Computer Science or related discipline
• Self-initiative, patient, service-oriented and good team spirit
• Possess good problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Relevant I.T. experience in F&B
• Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required for supporting local and PRC users
